Grandmother'S Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. fresh cod fillets
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 lb. saltine crackers
salt and pepper
3/4 c. sliced almonds
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
2 c. white flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
2 lb. good whitefish (raw)
1 egg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 or 3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation

Bone raw fish and run through food chopper.
Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
Stir in milk, crumbs and egg.
Mold into loaf and bake, uncovered, in fairly hot oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Serve accompanied with sauce.
