Hash Brown Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash browns
    1 c. cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. milk
    minced onion
    salt and pepper
    dab of butter
    1 cube butter
    2 c. crushed Lay's potato chips
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 ingredients. Put in large pan. Melt butter. Mix with potato chips. Spread on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
