Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 tsp. salt or seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes or leave on skins.
    Cut each potato into wedges (4 each).
    In mixing bowl, combine oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
    Add cut-up potatoes; toss to coat.
    Wrap potatoes in heavy foil.
    Seal edges tightly.
    Grill packet on medium to hot grill about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    These can also be cooked in the oven.
