Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix the sugar, eggs and oil.
    Sift together the cinnamon, salt, soda and flour.
    Add to the first mixture. Stir in the rhubarb.
    Mix and pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
