Easy Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper and celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. coarse, soft bread crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly in a bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pack mixture into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    Unmold onto hot platter.
    Garnish with parsley and hard-cooked egg segments.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
