Reuben-Kraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3-1/2 cups sauerkraut
    8 oz. corned beef
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 cup sour cream
    1 large onion, diced
    8 oz. butter
    10 slices of rye bread
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut and mix with onions and sour cream.
    Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.\tEvenly distribute the corned beef and Mozzarella cheese over the top.
    Top with broken bite-sized bits of rye bread.
    Drizzle the entire dish with melted butter and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
