Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. honey
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Remove
skin
from chicken breasts.
Place on a rack in an electric
frying pan or in frying pan on top of stove.
Add 1 cup water
to
frying
pan.
Cover
and
cook on high until breasts are
almost
done.
Remove
breasts
from frying pan. Heat
grill. Place
breasts on very hot grill for 10 minutes. Turn often and baste with honey/lemon mixture.
Place on a bed of wild rice and top with 3 tablespoons of Mustard Sauce.
