Tomatillo Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. jusked, diced tomatillos
    1/4 c. diced sweet red pepper
    1/4 c. diced sweet yellow pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Combine diced tomatillos, sweet red pepper, yellow pepper and onion in a large glass bowl.
    Stir well. Add vinegar, sugar and juices; stir well to combine.
    Stir in cilantro, cumin and red pepper. Stir well again to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Serve salsa with unsalted tortilla chips, beef, pork or chicken.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
