Ingredients

1 pkg sugar free cook and serve vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 pkg. of frozen coconut
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook pudding by directions.
Then add extracts and 1/2 of the coconut.
Cool and top with Cool Whip and the rest of the coconut.
