Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, chopped and drained well
Preparation
    Stir well.
    Let stand
    in
    freezer
    at
    least
    2
    hours (overnight is preferable).
    Make into small balls and place on wax paper.
    Put back in
    freezer
    and freeze for about 1 hour. Melt 12 ounce chocolate chips with 3/4 of one bar of paraffin. Dip balls by toothpick into chocolate mixture and place on wax paper.
    Keep in freezer until set good.
