Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 c. cooked, sliced potatoes (red potatoes work best)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook bacon crisp. Add onion and seasonings to bacon grease. Simmer for a few minutes. Add potatoes and crumble bacon on top. Serve hot.
