Pasta With Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    4 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cans chicken broth (13 to 14 oz. size)
    16 oz. thin spaghetti
    1 c. fresh, unseasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    First, brown bread crumbs in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
    Stir constantly; pour into a bowl.
    Set aside for later use.
    Clean cauliflower.
    Cut into small flowerets.
    Cover bottom of 4-quart pot with olive oil.
    Add garlic and cauliflower. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Add chicken broth.
    Turn heat to high; bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
