Tori Age(Fried Chicken - Japanese-Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless thighs, cut in bite size pieces or quartered
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. mochiko (rice flour)
    1/4 c. shoyu
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. Sake (rice wine)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 whole eggs
    2 Tbsp. green onions (white part only), finely chopped
    1 qt. oil (for deep frying)
    2 Tbsp. roasted sesame seed (optional)
    1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Let stand at least 2 to 3 hours.
    Deep fry at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with mustard/shoyu sauce, if desired.
