Laine'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. chopped walnuts
    raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Add oil, then add the beaten eggs and the salt.
    Beat batter; it will be thick.
    Fold in chopped walnuts, carrots and raisins (optional).
    Grease pan with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or in a 10 x 4-inch pan for 40 minutes.
