Quick Italian Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. diced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. bell seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and then add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into lightly greased glass baking dish (13 x 8-inch).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and lightly browned.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Can be frozen and reheated.
