Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried whole oregano
2 (8 oz.) baking potatoes (unpeeled)
1 egg white, beaten
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine Parmesan cheese and oregano and set aside.
Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges.
Dip into egg white and dredge in Parmesan cheese mixture.
Place fries on a baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
