Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1/4 ??? salt
1 c. chopped nuts
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 medium size apples, chopped

Preparation

Blend oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla flavoring.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Combine mixture.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Bake in a tube pan 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
