Low-Fat Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lasagna noodles
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    2 large cartons low-fat cottage cheese
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 pkg. low-fat Healthy Choice Mozzarella cheese
    2 pkg. low-fat Healthy Choice Cheddar cheese
    oregano, salt and pepper to taste
    olive oil
Preparation
    Cook noodles; add olive oil to prevent them from sticking together.
    Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Drain fat from meat by putting in a strainer and \"washing\" meat with hot tap water.
    Put meat back in skillet once drained and add mushrooms, sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Spray large pan with Pam.
    Layer sauce first, noodles second, cottage cheese, then Mozzarella and/or Cheddar.
    Start over with sauce.
    Continue until pan is full.
