Feather Light Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat griddle to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together in blender on high.
    Wipe small amount of salad oil over top of griddle. Pour batter onto griddle for pancake size desired.
    When bubbles occur, flip and brown.
    Makes 12 small or 8 large pancakes.
