Beef Bourguignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 1/2 lb. chuck roast, cut in thin strips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. beef bouillon
    3/4 c. red Burgundy wine
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot and cook 8 hours.
    Before serving, juice may be thickened with flour or cornstarch.
    Serve over rice or buttered cooked noodles.
