Layered Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt
    chili powder
    sliced onions, potatoes and carrots
    1 can whole tomatoes (in juice)
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef.
    Drain and rinse meat. Salt and sprinkle on chili powder.
    In Dutch oven, layer meat, sliced onions, potatoes and carrots.
    Finish with onions.
    Pour the tomatoes over layers. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes and carrots test tender. Great with cornbread!
