Scalloped Chicken And Potatoes Dinner(Serves 6 People) - cooking recipe

8 medium red potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dried thyme powder
salt and pepper
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4 cubes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 medium chopped red onion
1 medium chopped green pepper
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained or fresh mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
12 eggs
3/4 c. half and half cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. minced chives
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter until crisp-tender.
Beat eggs, cream and pepper; add to skillet.
Cook over medium heat until eggs are almost set, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese and chives.
Cover and cook until eggs are completely set and cheese is melted.
