Lenten Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded salmon
    1 1/4 c. potatoes, cubed and cooked
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    salt and pepper
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine salmon, potatoes, celery, relish, horseradish and onion.
    Season with salt and pepper and moisten with mayonnaise. Mix lightly with 2 forks.
    Serve on crisp lettuce.
