Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm milk
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Combine yeast and warm milk to soften yeast, about 5 minutes. Combine yeast mixture, 1 cup milk, sugar, oil, salt and egg in a large mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup flour, stirring until smooth.
Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Place dough in a well greased bowl.
Turn dough to grease top.
Cover and let stand in warm place for 15 minutes (85\u00b0).
Punch dough down; cover and let stand another 15 minutes in a warm draft-free place.
Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead 3 or 4 times.
Divide dough into 24 pieces; shape into balls.
Dip into melted butter and place in pans and let rise for about 15 minutes or more, in a warm place.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
