Jim Faye'S Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 fresh peaches, peel and slice
    1 c. peach juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel and slice peaches.
    Put into bowl.
    Put all other ingredients into a saucepan.
    Cook until thickened.
    Let cool.
    Add to sliced peaches.
    Pour all of this into a graham cracker crust. Whip cream.
    Add on top.
    Put into refrigerator until cold.
