Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. fresh beef brisket
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can tomato sauce
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Preparation
    Brown brisket in pan on all sides.
    Add chopped onions, paprika, allspice, black pepper and celery.
    Mix.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cook, covered, until meat flakes with a fork.
    Remove and slice meat.
    Strain gravy and return sliced meat to gravy and serve.
