Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
    2 c. fancy shredded cheese
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil chicken breasts until tender; let cool.
    Tear into strips.
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni as directed on the box.
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese (save this for the topping).
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese; let stand to melt.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 12 servings.
