Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick oleo or butter, diced
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    2 c. frozen chopped spinach, drained
    3 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fold all ingredients together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
