Crunchy Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, seeded but not peeled
2 large carrots, peeled
2 medium green peppers
1/2 small onion
2 large firm tomatoes
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Chop in food processor until fine but not mushy the cucumbers, carrots, green peppers and small onion.
Chop by hand the tomatoes. Add to vegetables the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard and salt.
Dissolve unflavored gelatin in lukewarm water. Stir into mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
