Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw peanuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix peanuts, sugar, Karo and water in a saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil and cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 300\u00b0.
Remove from heat; add baking soda and stir well.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet to cool.
