Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raisins or 15 oz.
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. margarine
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. soda
    salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Boil raisins and water 10 minutes.
    Drain and cool; add enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
    Add sugar, margarine, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and add raisins last.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan in slow oven about 40 to 45 minutes.
