Squash And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 butternut squash
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel, chop into cubes, then boil squash until tender.
    Saute onion in butter in a frying pan.
    Add sausage; cook until completely browned.
    Add cooked squash to sausage mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
