Venison Jerky - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. venison
2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
coarsely ground black pepper
Preparation

Debone venison, removing as much fat and gristle as possible. Using very sharp knife or electric knife, slice venison into 1/8-inch strips.
