Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 small onion, diced
    1 large bell pepper, diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together the first three ingredients. Cook the elbow macaroni. Drain and rinse in cold water. Then add other ingredients. Chill; the longer it sets, the better.
