Ingredients

1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 c. warm water
1 c. sourdough starter
1 1/4 c. flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. whole milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a glass bowl; let stand overnight loosely covered.
Mix all remaining ingredients together.
Add to first mixture until smooth.
Pour 1/3 cup at a time onto hot, lightly greased griddle.
Turn pancakes as soon as bubbles form; cook other side until golden brown.
