Blondies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    10 oz. Baker's white chocolate (2 pkg., 11 sq. 116 in pkg.)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 c. dried raisins
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preset oven to 325\u00b0. Line 13 x 9-inch metal pan or butter it. Cook in center. Melt butter and white chocolate over low heat (or microwave). Stir until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and eggs (one at a time), using a wooden spoon. Stir well after each addition. Stir in flour, raisins, coconut, vanilla and salt. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
