Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 container sour cream
    1 onion, chopped
    cooked noodles or rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Saute hamburger, pepper and onions until meat is done.
    Add salt, pepper and soups.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Before serving, add 1 container of sour cream.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
