Zucchini Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. zucchini, cut and peeled
1 gal. water
1 c. slacked lime
10 c. sugar
6 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation

In a large canner container, add zucchini, water and lime. Soak, weighted down, overnight. Drain and wash well.
Cover with clean water. Let stand for 2
hours and drain.
