Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 fillets of fish
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. basil
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. tomato chunks
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Salt and pepper fish.
    Arrange pepper slices and onion slices over fish.
    Mix chicken broth, lemon juice and basil.
    Pour mixture over fish.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
