Egg Foo Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1 lb. bean sprouts
    1 c. each: chopped veal, pork and shrimp
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bean sprouts, meat or seafood, onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix together lightly. Melt 1 teaspoon butter in 6-inch skillet.
    Pack 1/2 cup of mixture into skillet.
    Cook until set and brown on edges.
    Turn and brown on other side.
