Barbecue Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. rump roast
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Preparation
    Put inside cooking bag (make few slits in top of bag).
    Put cooking bag inside crock-pot.
    Cook approximately 10 hours on low. Take the roast out of the crock-pot and cooking bag and tear up with a fork, then put the roast back in crock-pot.
    Cover with barbecue sauce and heat until hot through.
