Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. red food coloring
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and eggs in bowl until light and fluffy. Add mixture of cocoa and food coloring; mix well.
    Add salt, buttermilk, flour and vanilla; mix well.
    Stir in mixture of vinegar and baking soda.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Split layers horizontally; spread with Fluffy White Frosting between layers and over top of cake.
