Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped onion
    1 c. rice
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. bouillon
    1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown chopped onion and rice in hot oiled pan.
    Add water and bouillon.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Turn off.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
    Serve with meat, vegetables and rolls.
