Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except corn flake crumbs and butter.
    Pour mixture into 13 x 9-inch buttered casserole.
    Mix melted butter and corn flake crumbs.
    Spread evenly over top of casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
