Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box macaroni (shells, ziti or rigatoni)
1 brick extra sharp white Cheddar cheese, grated
1 brick Vermont white sharp cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
2-3 c. milk (2%)
1/4 c. butter, cut into pats
1 - 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook macaroni until almost done (bakes easier this way).
Beat egg together with milk and set aside. Layer grated cheese and macaroni in 2 quart casserole dish. Repeat layer.
Pour milk and egg mixture over layered macaroni and cheese.
Place pats of butter on top of mixture and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Makes 6 servings.
