Festive Chicken Salad Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. black pepper
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. finely cut stewed chicken
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans.
Stir well.
Form mixture into log and roll in pecans.
