Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 lb.) chickens, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    butter or fat
Preparation
    Coat chicken in seasoned flour.
    Lightly brown on all sides in butter.
    Arrange chicken in Dutch oven or small roaster.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
