Christmas Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag whole pecans
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white with fork until frothy; add in water and beat again. Mix in nuts. On the side, mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour over nuts and mix. Place nuts on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
