Turkish Shish Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of lamb, cut into cubes
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Place lamb in a bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours.
    Cook on skewers over charcoal fire after sprinkling meat lightly with salt.
