Corn Cob Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 bright red corn cobs
    3 pt. water
    1 pkg. fruit pectin
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil
    broken cobs in water for 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Strain
    liquid.
    Add
    enough water to make 3 cups.\tAdd pectin. Bring to a rolling boil.
    Add sugar and boil for 2 or 3
    minutes. Remove
    from heat.\tPour into sterilized jars and seal.
